Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Amk Amkasyn AE-R03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asi-Robicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Anorad-(rockwell-Automation) product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asi-Robicon such as the GTA10P6FVBN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JB821450VI manufactured by Asco and we are pleased to be able to service most Asco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LEA by Manufacturer Anorad-(rockwell-Automation) as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Asco Brand SC8210G056 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Applied-Precision such as 52502488001 equipment made by Applied-Precision have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Applied-Precision products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Applied-Precision" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 52504372000 made by Applied-Precision as well as the popular MT9V126 original spares produced by Aptina

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1256470001 by Apg-/-Automation-Products-Group and 52502488001 spares by Applied-Precision are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8210G56 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco.
